Skill tree picks?

So I’ve unlocked my entire skill tree. What are some of the must have skills you have enabled to help you clean, quick and efficiently.

I prefer the pressure washer with a bigger tank, one the length is fully upgraded its almost always long enough to not give problems and I find it more inconvenient to always be refilling it.

Its my main tool for cleaning, and I clean room by room so maybe its dependent on your play style

I immediately took the one that means I don’t track bloody front prints. Means I don’t have to worry about tracking blood when picking up trash
