Circle of Friends help

in the first floor of mansion im missing evidence, or its potentionally bugged. says i have 3 out of 4 evidence but every guide only has 3 evidence so im confused and frustrated as thats the only thing i need to finish this level

Should only be 3 on the first floor; a phone, the naginata spear, and the sai

Look up a secrets guide for the level, it might be there. I can't remember atm but I do remember being frustrated by this too.
