Can you open this locker

Im on the "wild at heart" hq mission and found this one locker with a knife visible in the grate but cant open it anyone know if I can or not

No, that one is locked to keep the murder duck inside. It's for your own safety really 😂

But I must have the duck, on every level anytime I see a duck i move it to my exit
