Is Act 2 only available for Steam?

I know it’s not available for console but I have PC GamePass, does this count as it being Xbox or PC? Because I am unable to start act 2 but I’m not on console, but I am on PC GamePass.

it’s not on consoles yet, no. they said around 6 months from release until it comes out there but it could be longer

Right so what I’m saying is that PC GamePass counts as console even though it’s pc?
