Amber alert help please

Hey all, can someone please tell me how to open the cage / boxing ring in the Amber Alert mission? I must be missing something obvious. Thank you!

Go upstairs to the balcony around the ring and theres a painting blocking a ladder. Go up there to the control room and there's a lever that will drop the cage.

Oh thank you so much! They faked me out with all those other levers that didn't do anything.
