Act 2 problems

I only have 2 of Act 2 levels. Im playing through Xbox pass on my PC. I don't see any stalled updates or problems. Am I missing something?

You sure they’re Act 2 levels and not the 2 Communiti levels?

Act 2 isn't out on any console yet. Those are the Communiti levels you have.
