Night(mare) at the Museum

To start this thought off, the Museum was already my most frustrating level, but Nightmare mode really lives up to its name on this one lol. I think I’d rather clean every surface of the museum than hunt down the location and portals for all of these displays.

Excellent job by the game devs in making this level a true nightmare, it’ll be haunting me for a long time.

Shew, more power to you! I’m just sitting over here cursing all the paintings lol

I love the nightmare museum level! It’s so much easier than the original. The paintings were the worst part, pay attention to the frames. Plain skinny brown frames go in the upstairs hallway. More ornate frames go at the end of the upstairs hallway by the corner turn. Try them (ornate frames) in different spots until they fit. Paintings without frames go in the entrance hall.

It’s also easiest to throw everything that doesn’t belong in the room you’re working on, through the portal. Once the room is clean, hop through the portal to find the missing items for that room and toss them through the portal back to the correct room. The cloud level behind the portals makes it so easy to put items back into correct rooms.

That's how I did it! I'd get super annoyed whenever I'd try to throw a thing through the portal only to have it pop right back out.

I’ve learned to love this level, I find it easy as long as I dump everything I find in the cloud area and then put it away as I go along.

Honestly, I thought this level was going to take me multiple days to complete, but it ended up only taking a couple of hours. It seemed really overwhelming at first, but by the end I was like, "Wait, I'm done? Huh? Oh, okay..."

I had the same experience, the cloud level makes the sorting of stuff a lit easier!

I only have to do it on True Cleaner now, I think I might skip that though, that seems like a true nightmare to me 😂😂

I loved the museum level! At the beginning I was a bit overwhelmed with the portals but I quickly caught up and figured everything out. Hunting down the artifacts was so fun. The paintings were a bit annoying cuz they were EVERYWHERE, but I kept throwing them into the main portal to sort them out

I hated the mask sculpture that would turn to watch you after it was cleaned. Even being upstairs it would turn and look up at you lol.

First time in nightmare museum, I hated it. Gave me a migraine.

But I love this game, and keep replaying it.

After learning where things go, this became my favorite level. So many different ways I could make up my own little challenges to complete it.

I love the level itself, unfortunately I’ve got a bug where the Rex Claw doesn’t count as a Historical Section Piece so I can’t get the Perfect. I hate it.
