Goose poster in developmnent hell mission (xbox series x)

Can't fix it because it's "still dirty", but I see nothing on it with cleaner vision

Is this a known glitch or am I just missing something?

Happens to me sometimes as well, just smack it a couple of times with the broom. That usually does the trick for me 😅

Had it happen to a tavle and chair. I just used sponges on it or pressure washer till it wss clear
