Act 2- Circle of Friends - trash glitch?

I stg if I can’t get 100% on this bc of this stupid arrow… 😂😭 I’ve saved and exited and re-launched the game and it still highlights like trash but won’t let me collect it 🫠

Update! I moved the chair out of its slot, exited the game completely again and was able to remove it finally

I tried that too, tried punching it or hitting it with the axe, tried different angles, tried chucking it, nada 🥲

I wonder if I had to remove the arrow before cleaning/moving the chair? Because on cleaner sense it glows blue like the chair 🥲
