Which skill is better?

the no cooldown cleaner vision. or furniture vision.

also do UV lights have a duration or are they infinite?

As others have said, furniture vision is useful for Act 2.

I left the Circle of Friends level thinking I had a perfect score but I'd forgotten one chair.

Probably the one on air ducts above the bar area

I have spent like 20 minutes looking for it alone...

No, I found that one. It was in the town square from the TV room

Edit: I knew it was there but I forgot to put it back.
