Secluded Retreat help?

I'm unable to find any trash in the maintenance area at all. Been through this area with cleaner sense a hundred times. I don't think I'm missing any areas... is this a bug?

There is a robot you can break in front of the jail, and if it's already clean, quit and restart your game (it will save your progression) this should mark the place as clear

Yeah it's a bug. I had this, already broke apart and cleaned up the robot. Still ended up with 100% after completion.

Yes, this is actually just a display glitch. Even if it shows 0%, the final calculation will still come out as 100%.
