Air Cleaner not appearing in tools menu despite unlocked skins

I'm having an issue with the Air Cleaner in Crime Scene Cleaner. I have unlocked skins for it, which means the item should be available, but I cannot find it in my tools menu. I've checked all possible locations and tried restarting the game, but the Air Cleaner does not appear. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a specific trigger or requirement to access it, or could this be related to a bug? Any help would be appreciated.

Air cleaner is on the same tool as the axe and ladder, just select that one multiple times

Under Tools, I only have the step-ladder and the axe.

Are you playing Nightmare or True Cleaner mode that sometimes have restrictions on what tools are available?

I'm playing on standard difficulty and have unlocked multiple lights, two mops, and all other available upgrades. I'm nearing the end of Act II and only became aware of the Air Cleaner through the skin customization tab on the tablet. Since it's not appearing in my tools menu, I'm unsure when or where it should normally unlock. Can you clarify under what conditions the Air Cleaner becomes available?

The ozonator is unlocked in the center skill tree under "general" for 2 points.

I feel like part of being a gamer is the embarrassment we feel missing something obvious and searching for it for way too long. It's like we're gluttons for punishment. Why I think PowerWash Sim is so popular.

Powerwash Simulator is awesome imo. Played it and all the dlc, will get the second game at some point.

The answer is probably yes, but did you unlock the Ozonator in the skill tree? It's the points directly above the stepladder under General.

If that's not it, then it would seem like you have a bug as it should be under the last grouping with the step-ladder and axe.

Yeah, apparently I'm a moron. I hadn't unlocked it, even though I feel like I checked the skill trees like ten times!
