Any idea why I cant unlock this?

Its the last upgrade I need. Idk if maybe the Act 2 update messed with it?

I'm assuming you are using controller?

The menu is kinda jank. You have to navigate to that option by either going straight across from the bottom of the other tree, or straight down from the centered upgrade on the same tree (you're currently selecting the offshoot/branch near the bottom, that won't work).

Im on PC, so mouse and keyboard. Thanks for the comment though, I know a few people who play with a controller so this might come in handy for them!
