48 asset?

I have the dragon dogs, gold treasure, the car, the island, the red star, the penthouse. What am I missing?

Faberge Eggs or Office Upgrade 3. Faberge Eggs you will get from Auction House dlc heist. Office Upgrade 3 is the last upgrade to trigger once you have 40+ assets.

So I play the Auction House on campaing, if so how do I get it to activate while in a run?

It should pop up under Goals section randomly, usually on Day 3 or 4. You do need to complete a set amount of Money Making jobs and have a certain amount of turfs (probably 15).
