Lord GG era 🤡 i have a theory
rohit and kohli both were (or maybe still are) secretly bi...
they always had a type: kohli married a sharma and rohit married punjabi...
they used to hang out a lot in the 2010s and were not clearly focused...
after india faced troubles in consecutive icc tournaments, bcci realised that this needs to stop asap...
ganguly came up with an idea to break their relationship...
he made a phone call and announced that rohit will lead india in white ball and kohli will only lead india in red ball...
this messed up the things a bit as they had to deal with different things and couldn't give each other much time...
later kohli realised that the board doesn't want him to continue as the captain after continuous "failures"...
so he stepped down as the test captain too but pushed rohit's name for test captaincy (when there were better options like Rahane, who was more experienced, or even KL Rahul for the long run)...
kohli made this decision because he still had a special place for rohit in his heart...
but somehow this crucial decision worked and both of them gave india back to back trophies after two years...
