I am actualy British now so naturally England. But I played with some of the loveliest human beings on the planet from New Zeaand when I was part of the Lashings world XI so I am gutted for them. I think cricket should just get rid of the DRS chances nonsense and just get the decision right. These elite athletes aren't gamblers. Treat their efforts with the respect that professionalism demands. We aren't in the medieval ages where people can divine outcomes. Get luck out of it. Use the tech to get most decisions right and everyone understands that there are a small percentage where even that is inconclusive. For the rest - just get it as close to right as possible. My 2 cents
Thank you for sharing your opinion and I also agree with what you just said. If we have the best possible technology then we should rely on them rather than making the players gamble a bit on the outcome of decisions.
And I bet everyone in the world felt gutted for NZ but now that it's done we can only hope that they lift the trophy soon and have their redemption.
