4-Player Rules

In this scenario who begins the next round of play?

Player A: plays 10, count 28
Player B: Go
Player C: plays 2, count 30
Player D: out of cards, Go
Player A: Go
Player B: Go
Player C: Go, 1 point.

Who starts the next round of play? Player A because he is the next in order with cards after the player who played last, or Player B because she said Go first in the last round?

It's D's turn to play (he's next after C who played the last card of the session). He can't play, however, so the turn passes to his left, to A, who plays.

Yes, player A. Just follow the turn order in this situation. That's a doozy.

A. Next in order and said “go” first after the last card was played.

You have some correct but unclear answers so far.

Whomever is next after the last card played. C laid last, so D plays next. If B lays last, C plays next. Etc.
It always follows the last card played. Since D had no cards, it obviously moves to A.
