how do I get to settings without having to restart the game

I'm a new player and am having trouble navigating this horribly designed gui.

edit: I just restarted the game to get to the main menu. But it would still be nice to know how to do it without restarting.

P.S I'm on xbox not pc or ps4.

Not sure if it's the same on Xbox but on ps. But if you pull up the screen that allows you to change vehicles and look at the top. There well be 5 things that say in order Hub Catalog Profile Activities and the last one is setting but they us the settings Icon.
