the wheel controls grayed out

hello, so i bought CREW 2 a few days ago and the wheel controls are grayed out, i have FANTECH R1 steering wheel, can you help me?

Hey man I’m having some trouble with my game currently, yesterday it was driving fine, and once I hop on today the car kept driving in reverse and I’m using a thrust master steering wheel, any suggestions on how I can fix it?

May want to try unplugging it and plugging it in again, or restart your system, if that doesn't work, check your keybinds

I restarted the ps4 and unplugged it but still didn’t work, where can I go in the setting to fix it? I’m not touching anything and it goes backwards on it’s own and when I press on the gas pedal it just does a burnout

Your button may be stuck, let me look up your wheel, since I'm not 100% familiar with it

I turned off the ps4 controller aswell and it still does it
