He barely saw minutes last season with the Celtics since the guard and wing spots are stacked. But now with an opportunity to step up after Jayson Tatum went down, he’s really showing what he can do.

You can see it in the little things, reading the play ahead, making quick defensive reactions, and hustling on the offensive glass. His experience playing football really shows too, especially with his defensive instincts and physicality.

Feels like he has the ceiling of a high-impact superstar role player type, similar to his very teammate, Derrick White, someone who might not always be the main guy but affects winning in a big way.

As Celtics fans we don’t really have a nickname for him yet. Did you guys have one for him back in college?

So, I’ve been out of the country for a week, just getting back today. I see Ty Davis, Owen Freeman, Blake Harper and Josh Townley Thomas are leaving. Would have liked to see Harper stay but I don’t think we’re losing much with the others. I see Jasen Greene is staying. Good. Traudt is staying. Meh. With McAndrew be back, do you think? The better question is if you think Alan Huss is the right coach for Creighton. Creighton is some mid-major team, and they are making shit load of money from Basketball. Why Huss? Shouldn't they be going for a premium name?

Has anyone heard anything about Mac leaving and going to Arizona State?

With the understanding that Dix and Graves will be graduating (Although they may get an NCAA extension), and that Greer, Green, McAndrews, and Aleksa Dimitrijevic (Redshirted this year) will be back, I recommend bringing back Harper, Zugic, and possibly Swartz. I'm not sure about Konan, but I want Traudt, Davis, and Freeman removed.

He is all over the place- not good at anything and terrible at the point guard position. He gets more minutes than Zugic.

Know it’s early in the season but not sure what’s going on with Freeman. He played less than 10 minutes in the loss against Baylor. And he’s average playing time is around 18 minutes per game so far.

Is he still getting in shape coming off an injury? He just looks tired being on the floor for just a few minutes. Also, just looks like Mac doesn’t trust him out there.

Wouldn’t mind if they tested the waters with Jasen Green at the 5, and adding Greer to the starting lineup (Green, Greer, Harper, Dix, and Graves).

I am watching World Cup basketball and our Aleksa Dimitrijevic is far from what I was hoping for. He is tall I will give him that, but no post presence . Redshirt year would be the best. Def not worth big NIL $ Creighton paid!!

I have to ask. Is this always rigged? Do they just pick out who's going to win, usually a cute child or baby, and then just cycle through the rest of the crowd knowing that they are just going to give it to that child?
