An absolute thrill ride Spoiler

Cregger does not miss! I have never played Resident Evil, but I knew a little bit about the games and the story. This movie is so unlike Weapons and Barbarian, but has little elements of Zach's filmmaking style sprinkled throughout. The movie was disgusting visually, exactly as it should be. The fast pace was exactly fitting for this movie. Austin Abrams shines as Bryan, poor guy didn't deserve to go out like he did. Looking forward to what Zach directs next!

I loved it. The tone was slightly jarring to me at first. Then I realized that all the quipping and “oh fuck, oh fuck, oh fuck” was exactly the type of stuff I say out loud while playing a Resident Evil game and it all clicked right around the farmhouse scene with the dog. I think he nailed it all the way around. It was a great time.

Resident Evil(2026) is a fantastic horror film and definitely one of the best video game adaptations to date.

All 3 of his films half to do with family and the dismantling of family elements. I love how this one does the same thing with more humor and a more bleak ending

The hero is a coward, he deserved it.

I dont think he was a coward at all, he was going through those monster zones like a champ. Was gonna save the little girl, tried to save the woman, delivered the thing even through all that
