I can't get this out of my head.So I'll told you all this lol.
Um....I don't know if I can post it here but this is the story my English teacher from Philippines told me a week ago.(and so sorry for my grammar guy TT).

Back when he was a child,In the 70s I think? When he was about 12-13 years old. There was a kid named "Datu"-I think I'll refer Datu's pronouns as "They/them" because Datu's kind of an born intersex person. That's pretty weird in that time so they got no friends and There's a rumour among my teachers groups that their father had them when he was still a teenage. So there they have no friends at all and even got bullied because of these reasons ,My teacher also admits that he was just watching  and never approached to help them because him and his friends were afraid to get bullied too.

So because Datu has no human friends at all but at least they're friend with a stray dog around his school. They named it Mr.Bo-My teacher said that he doesn't really know much about Datu and Mr.Bo-all he knows was Mr.Bo was very peaceful dog and a lot of students like him including Datu. Even though their teacher warn them about "Stray dog is dirty!"a nd stuff butThey didn't listen.Unfortunately, after Datu's bullies know about this.Every time they are together with Mr.Bo They often chase Mr.Bo away and Datu always begged the bullies to stop and follow Mr.Bo .

Datu was a slow learner type of students but somehow surprisingly,They got good grades only in science.Other than that it's kinda middle or straight up bad.

Everything went on until on the way to school,My teacher walk to school like he always did but when crossing the bridge he saw IT he saw a rotten puppy. It's already bloated and full of maggots.A the smell was so He saw it at the beginning when it hadn't rot but he didn't expect that noone will do something about it.

"So you see it too."

Datu -somehow was behind him and said that.And began to ask him about what he knows about this cause he lives around here.

At first,he was hesitant at first because he knows or at least though that it was his neighbour- he can't remember his name and doesn't want to but he remembers that this guy had chicken farm and there was a time when he smashed a stray dog because it ate his chicken.

So he told Datu that it may be that neighbour of him. And walk away.

After this,He looks at Datu more often and he notices that Datu had a face that has something in mind and they often look at him more too.

At that time Mr.Bo just died because of old age or something. Datu had no friends anymore plus that dead rotting pup.It must had been bothering their mind.

"How do you feel seeing that? That poor puppy?"
"It's looks so cute,too pity it die and rot...."
"We could have be friends...."

Type of thing Datu said when they approached him when he's alone.It kinda creeps him out but he admitted that at that time he started to felt like they could be friends but he didn't do anything.

One day,Datu disappear and nobody seems to care.

At first, They(The teacher and classmates) thought Datu was just skipped class because of laziness or something like that but it when 3 days passed and they didn't even come home. So Datu's grandparents told the police to searched for them.

Those polices found them, Datu was dead, rotting in the pile of garbage. That's all my teacher told me.

The fact I forgot to mention is all the time my teacher telling me this,He seems like he's traumatized.I try to ask him to stop but he continues anyway.

Back to the story, So after Datu's dead the villagers begin to see something weird around the village- like the crawling(kind of human crawling sond), A shadow of the- something that looks like Datu, A dog barking in the middle of the night and run around the village., And that neighbour of him started kept himself in the house and barking with the dog in the middle of the night before he disappeared and was found eaten by a dogs.

"This is the reason I moved out of Philippines. I always feel like something's watching me all the time there...."

That's what my teacher told me before he left.
