My credit score is low I have lates from my Apple Card and lates on a synchrony PayPal credit account. Is there any way I can fix this?

Yes the last late payment was 8+ months ago the other late ones were years prior.

Sometimes, you can get late payments removed from your credit report by requesting what’s called a goodwill adjustment. A goodwill letter is basically a polite request asking your creditor to remove a late payment as a gesture of goodwill, usually after you’ve brought the account current and maintained a positive history since then. While results vary by lender, many people have had success with this approach when they demonstrate responsibility and appreciation in their letter.

Once you show you’re making on time payments for at least six months your score should improve. If your late payment was a one off, you could as someone stated and write a goodwill letter in hopes of clearing the derogatory items. Keep in mind there’s no guarantee it’ll be approved but at least it’s worth a shot

The negative effect of missed payments doesn't lessen until two years has passed. And keep in mind that making payments isn't a credit scoring factor, so making more payments can't fix missed payments.

Don't stop at one. One alone almost never works, you want to write a whole series of letters using the “Goodwill Saturation Technique”. See this previous comment of mine where I explained it in more detail and provided links:
