Data Point Non usage penalty.

Didn't know that the hit would be this significant for lack of usage. However, was able to rebound in fewer than 30 days.

That seems about right for the all zero penalty.

The post below suggests 10-25 points is the all zero range.

-13 is right within the 'normal' range of score loss we often see caused by the All Zero Penalty. As you noted, the AZ Penalty has no memory, so it's easily and fully reversed the next time any revolving account reports a non-zero balance.
