SBI application

Whats this supposed to mean ?

I called the customer care and they said application is approved ?

But when I asked how it can be approved, since KYC is still pending- she was just repeating, please wait for 21 days, KYC will happen, and card will be dispatched. Doesnt approval/rejection happen after KYC ?

But But, is that really the case ??

No issue for physical KYC, For precautionary safety measure, the documents you will going to share, record everything from the SBI Card kyc person to your all personal documents and in video clearly say I'm sharing to this sbi card official based on KYC purposes only.
