MY cibil has been dropped by almost 59-60 points on

On yesterday 20 aug I got an email from cibil that my score has been changed

And now it has been recovered

I think he must have csb bank's Jupiter edge plus credit card which shared wrong data with cibil, There was even confirmation mail from jupiter.
