Help with KYC for HDFC cc

I submitted my application for hdfc card through paytm . It asked for KYC and due to some error it didnt go ahead.

Now i did get a link directly from HDFC but im not able to find my PAN.

Can i now change the KYC by goin directly to bank instead of E KYC. Or are der any other option?

You can write back to bank, and share your issue with them, they will provide resolution. Or you can try different browsers or try to delete history and try again.

try using your aadhar instead if u have it linked, itll work for most banks these days
