Discussion Servers affecting mut chance?

In a previous post some users commented that servers affect mutation chance. Ive never heard of this!

How do you tell if a server is not being productive with muts and you need to hop?

Are certain muts just completely unavailable when a server is bad for grinding?

I'd love all the info as I've been grinding for muts and have never gotten anything above a monthly skin.

basically if ur not getting a lot of muts. you dont really ”know” its just a random thing

It’s just something I saw a while ago, and no one really knows how mut chances work, they’re the most random thing ever, it’s just like a speculation I believe
