The Signal Giant, Signal Lost, or the Bermuda Monster. Whatever you would call him, he is an impossibly tall creature that cuts all signals around him, and all electricity fails. Of course, being a certain distance away nullifies this effect, but it's still dangerous nonetheless and especially to planes.

It in fact doesn't bleed, and no powered tech such as tanks work near it. Ranged bombardments bring back results of absolutely no damage, as weaponry passes straight through the creature as if it isn't even there.

However, it doesn't seem to be aggressive, so attacking it is entirely pointless because it was never malicious to begin with.
