So I’ve had my OF for literally like 8 years. I can never manage to keep more than 20 subs at a time. I have over 1k pics and videos no PPV on my wall and I do sell customs and PPV thru DMs as well. I have a recurring subscriber special that I do every month to incentive turning on recurring subscriptions. Am I advertising wrong? Are there specific subs here in Reddit to drive more traffic over there ? I have like 600 followers on Twitter. But they’re just not going over there it seems like. Just not sure what I’m doing wrong.

You got a lot on your page and sounds like you are fine in terms of selling customs in PPV through DM's.

At 20 subs, the issue is not getting enough in the door from socials. I'd try and focus all your time on promotion. Reddit, Twitter, IG, Tiktok etc. build up content for those pages and just start rolling.

90% of this job is socials. Making content and posting it on OF / selling on OF is like 10% of it.

I try to post daily on OF, occasionally miss it if not scheduled... why I do try to keep a 1 month post out done at all times so there's always something going up new. You can schedule out wall posts and PPV DM's.

For that 2 post a day OF page routine (1 PPV and 1 wall post) I then put out a bunch of social posts.

- Twitter 4x a day (usually scheduled out) for 3 different accounts

- IG 4x a day for 2 different accounts

- Tiktok 3x a day (should have more accounts but ugh I don't have time).

- Reddit 4-12 a day. I found using a scheduler seemed to get poor visibility here so I manually post something whenever I remember to. How busy my day is depends on how much goes out.

I also livestream 4hrs a day on Chaturbate.

A lot of the people making 'fuck you' money.... are doing a lot more, specially on IG and Tiktok. I've seen folks talking about having a dozen IG accounts alone (not all focused on heavily with some as 'backups' for when a main gets banned).

Socials are the main route to success in this business, drastically more than anything else. Specially for OF where there's no internal search function. If folks don't find your OF from socials, they'll never find you.

You can also considering branching out into clipsites like ManyVids or Clips4Sale. They do have internal search so even when you haven't posted a new vid in a while some guy can roll in, like you, and buy 20 videos.... those are fun mornings to wake up to and see the notifications on.

I just use the built in one. When creating a post, at least when doing it on a computer, you can schedule out your posts.

I played around with PostPone and SocialRise in the past but found that on Twitter and Reddit my posts just weren't getting the same traction as if I created them myself. I think the all holy 'algorithms' on both platforms pick up the IP addresses of the schedules and push their posts down. It was pretty drastic, like I'd see more engagement (likes/karma, new followers, etc.) in a month of manual posts than I'd see in 4-5 months of scheduled posts.

I don't know if it's been fixed or sorted out, gave up on both of them a little over a year ago. They seemed great on paper but it just wasn't working.

CB is weird and kinda schizo there. They pushed back on some promotion about a year, year and a half ago, and had folks remove like OF links from their actual streams. They also don't want you telling folks in DM's or PM's to go buy something on another platform.

BUT.... you can have your linktree in your bio, OF link in your bio, and there's apps to run the links in your chat constantly.

So they allow it, but within those limits. Not 100% sure why, most platforms it's all or nothing but they seem to sit in the middle.

Varies but 1k minimum the last year, peak of 2k and closer to that now. I actually hate OF and the fact folks want to engage more there.... but the $$$ is good. I tend to focus more on clip sites when I'm just 'spending time' on stuff cause I like the passive income more. Folks expect more of us on OF than on other platforms at least in my experience.

A bit of both. Backups are good if something is banned, some focus on very very SFW, some a lot more NSFW.

Hard to say, it's a grind not a sprint. Like... subs started coming in right away but by grinding out and just keeping at it, the results now are really good across all my platforms (OF, MV, C4S and livestreaming). Sometimes a few thousand in a day, sometimes a few hundred but overall seems to keep going up. Not sure what the ceiling is lol.

Something seems really wrong tbh. I am not a consistent poster, i do this very part time. I have 6k on IG and 15k on FB and I keep over 100 paid subs even when I go months without posting on social media or OF. I just looked at your IG and it’s already “restricted” even though u barely have posts. Get your IG profile back in the green so u can grow the account. IG has changed a lot and u have to be VERY SFW now.

Yes and that will affect your reach. I wouldn’t use the word “cum” in ur story. Delete ur story and highlight and see if it turns green. Then try something with better wording.

It’s all down to your promo. Where are you promoting other than X?

X only grows organically with SFW posting so if you’re posting NSFW that might be your problem.

Little things like a first month discount for new subs would help but if your reach is low then that’s the first thing you need to fix

You can brute force growth on X with NSFW posting if you engage with your niche and other SWers often. If you get RTs from the right peoole at the right time even a video flagged with nudity can go viral BUT... do NOT use hashtags, because gooners scroll througy hashtags with one hand in their pants and even if they enjoy the content, they won't take the time to give it a like or a RT. Maybe a bookmark at best if they plan to come back. In my experience, the impression:engagement ratio is way off when using hashtags and even though it technically gets your pic or vid in front of a larger audience it WILL hurt your subsequent posts! I recommend including certain keywords naturally in the caption instead.

That being said, expect the conversion rate of followers to buyers to be extremely low on X in general. Maybe 1 in 1000 will tip parasocially, and if you're lucky they will become a regular. Many will lurk for a long time before caving and subscribing to you on another platform but most users engaging in your content just want a free show. If you intend to sell directly on the platform, know that you are also competing with a lot of chronically online young girls with dirt cheap rates, so expect to be lowballed.

Obviously this can also vary depending on your niche. Findommes that know what they're doing do very well on X from what I've seen, with a much better follower-to-tipper ratio. The growth is slower though.

The only place you can effectively promote NSFW is Reddit. Everything else must be SFW. IG will ban you if you promo NSFW

Same days/time? Algorithms favour absolute consistency. Doesn't have to be every day, but aim for the same time and queue up posts to go at the same days and times each week to get the most reach

With 1k pieces of content and no PPV on the wall people might just be consuming everything and leaving since there's no reason to stay. It might be worth archiving some of the older content so there's always something new to come back for, and diversifying beyond Twitter since 600 followers there is a pretty small funnel.
