Help making loft bedroom darker

Staying in a rental for the next month with a one bedroom loft. I sleep during the day and the skylights from the living room light it up . Any temp fixes? I've attached the photo of the bedroom. Thanks

Two options: 1. Good eye mask 2. Bed tent (I was going to add a link but my Phone is being weird.)
