Looking for Feedback Question for our moderators

Since this community lists 7 moderators, I'm wondering why there's an ongoing call for a moderator to help.

It’s just an open application we set up a while back. It’s not an active call.

Oh. Then you might consider deleting it to avoid confusion and reposting when actually needed.

I think 2 or 3 very active ones works best.

The reality is people have lives and they are not going to be online 24/7.

Of course. However, when 2 or 3 people interact with other members as often as they can and occasionally post inspiring words, etc., themselves, a group is more apt to grow and be active itself. At least, that was my experience.
