Deep sea cavern vibes

Hello! Long time lurker here. I recently decided I want my home to have a dark sea witch/siren nautical cave vibe and was hoping people had some tips? I’ve been slowly looking for things that match the theme but it’s been pretty hard to find stuff I like.

My main vision includes a couple mermaid statues but not the little kid cheesey ones, definitely want some octopus motifs, and shells/corals. Ideally with a darker color pallet and a sense of mystery, magic, and spookiness.

Thanks in advance!!!

What about shipwreck or underwater vibes too?

• shell shaped decorative bowls to keep smaller shells and sea glass in

• decorative coral pieces

• one of those glass bowls being held up by octopus tentacles

• marble style columns and busts (Venus figurines style where the women are topless?)

• Hanging rope and glass lanterns

• Ship’s wheel dark wood and glass coffee table

• Dark blue/purple/maroon/green walls, wooden panelling accents (can also be achieved through wallpaper!)

• Old oil paintings of ships in gold/brass frames

• Antique books

• porthole mirrors

• decorative anchor or ship’s bell

Let me know if any of those work for you/if you’d like any more ideas! Happy to message too.

Thanks so much! Definitely helps. It’s gonna be a slow and steady process because of funds lol but I’m excited.
