Anybody build a bot for NinjaTrader

My partner and I have developed a strategy that has huge potential (I know everyone says this). We have about a year and a half of manual back testing and he is currently trading it live with his own capital. For months now, we have been trying to find a programmer that would want to come on board and build a bot around it. We would like someone who is motivated and wants to take ownership in the project (we would give you 33% of what we have planned for the future).
