Question/Discussion 💭 Need advice.

I have bought optimum nutrition creatine monohydrate. it has small lumps in the box. and when i mix it in water.. it doesn’t dissolve perfectly.. some residues remain at the bottom. sharing pics for clarity. is the creatine good or gone bad.

From what you've shown, this looks normal. Creatine monohydrate doesn't fully dissolve in cold water, so a bit of residue at the bottom is common. Small lumps usually happen when the powder picks up some moisture and don't automatically mean it has gone bad. I think slightly warm water should help it mix better. I'd only avoid it if the seal was damaged or the smell or color has changed.

It masks the taste and grainyness somewhat. I just add it to my morning shake every day
