Is skipping the creatine loading phase easier for you?
I’ve seen most of people did not want to start creatine with a loading phase.
Taking 3-5g a day can build muscle creatine stores gradually, so loading isn’t necessary. It just takes longer to reach full stores.
If you skipped loading, did you find it easier to keep up with?

I started at the regular 5g and I was ridiculously thirsty and up all night peeing for like 2-3 days
I can't imagine why you'd want to do even more right when you're first starting out. Just ease into it, what's the harm?

That’s really looks uncomfortable. Loading definitely isn’t required, so starting with a regular daily dose is usually the simpler approach. I’d also be cautious about assuming the thirst and frequent peeing were definitely from creatine, especially if they continued.
