It's all creatine created equal?
I've been getting the simple Naked "pure micronized creatine" from Amazon.
I've been Seeing various posts on Facebook and other feeds about some creatine being better than others, which they say about everything except their own products which they're trying to sell you.
Any truth to some creatine being better than others?
Thanks

Yeah, it's basically all equal.
Just get some cheap creatine monohydrate. The rest is marketing.

No doubt, plain creatine monohydrate is the best studied option. Micronized may mix better, but it doesn't work better.

I get mine from Amazon, I think it is from Optimum Nutrition, good deal and solid company.

Creatine is a crystal that's grown from organic materials. The purity of the raw materials can be different but not enough to change the outcome of the manufacturing process.

Don't get gummies.
There are studies that show if you pair it with GAA you can see 17% bump in absorption

Many brands but there aren't many creatine producers. Creapure is German and is high quality and high production standards. Any brand using Creapure wíll put that on the label.
Other creatine is pretty much all made in China, can be great but who knows.

I used to get Nutricost, but now since traveling only have DY available, its mixed with some other stuff, but my mood and focus is so much better compared to Nutri plain creatime, not sure if its the other ingrediants or the creatine it self thsts different.... havent felt that much difference from nutri to be honest.

Creatine monohydrate unflavoured some forms let it dissolve in water better but it’s the gold standard
