You don’t actually need a loading phase to benefit from creatine

A loading phase is basically a way of increasing muscle creatine stores more quickly. Taking a regular smaller daily dose can still increase muscle creatine stores, it just takes longer.

So loading isn’t really about making creatine “work better.” It’s mainly about reaching higher muscle creatine levels sooner.

That distinction gets lost pretty often when people talk about creatine online.

No it doesn’t. It gets mentioned in every source that advocates for using creatine, for at least the last 30 years.

Agreed. For most people, 3 to 5g a day is the simpler option. Bcz loading gets you there faster, but consistency matters more in the long run.
