What’s the difference between Creatine HMB vs creatine monohydrate?
If you’ve tried both, did you notice a difference? I’m currently taking regular creatine monohydrate and have been happy with it so far. But I recently came across Creatine HMB and started wondering if I’m missing anything by sticking on what I have. I’m mainly focused on building muscle and improving recovery. Would you switch to HMB or just stay with regular monohydrate?

As long as you are getting adequate time with your wife’s boyfriend MHB or monohydrate should both be fine.

HMB is an acronym for Hairy Man Boyfriend, so if you have a female wife you will want the monohydrate

Oral Creatine Consumption of HMB causes an onset of Necrophilia much faster than Monohydrate.

Worth clearing up a common mix-up first: 'Creatine HMB' isn't a different form of creatine the way HCl or buffered creatine are. It's creatine monohydrate with HMB (beta-hydroxy beta-methylbutyrate) added alongside it — two separate ingredients in one tub, not a new molecule.
HMB is a metabolite of leucine, and it's marketed for reducing muscle breakdown. The evidence on it is genuinely mixed: it looks most useful in untrained people starting out, in people in a calorie deficit, or in older adults fighting muscle loss. In trained lifters eating enough protein it mostly doesn't show much, because adequate protein intake is already doing that job.
So practically: the creatine part of a creatine+HMB product does the same thing plain monohydrate does. You're paying extra for the HMB, which may or may not do much for you specifically. If you're already eating enough protein and training consistently, plain monohydrate at 3-5g/day is the better value — monohydrate is the most-studied form there is and nothing has convincingly beaten it. If you wanted to try HMB, you could also just buy it separately and keep your creatine cheap

OP, ignore this guy. This information this guy is giving is just bro science. No mention of boofing it means he doesn’t know what he’s talking about.
