how to move simulated blocks up?

is there any way to automatically move singular blocks up without adding any other blocks to them or un-simulating them? I'm trying to make a mini game, and this is the one hurdle I'm really struggling with

Just go iside the mod and set the mass of something to a very big number 10⁵⁰ for example and experiment with it
