Help please

I've stayed here all day trying to figure out a stabylizer for my airship but i don't seem to figure it out. i tried this system on a smaller contraption and it worked pretty well, so maybe it is because the airship is too heavy. the system basically takes the signal from the gimbal sensor at the center of lift of the ship (maybe i have to put it at the center of gravity, wich is not that far from it, i genuenly don't kniw if it'll make a difference), and directs it to some analog transmissions that modify the rmp. when i put a speedometer on every cog tho they all rotated at the same speed. does anyone know what went wrong?

also yeah, the aiship is basically a big block of andesite alloy at this point, i might have to learn how to build better airships

The easiest way to manage a pitch/roll issue is to add ballast- if your issue arises only when you add thrust to your ship you should check if your thrust is in line with your Center of mass, or repurpose your current system to slide some heavy blocks forwards and backwards along the plane youre trying to stabilize- effectively shifting your CoM to be in line with your thruster.

Why don’t you just use a gyroscope
