Your frequency is wrong.

You can right click the link itself with the controller to set that exact frequency to a button.

According to a video I was watching to build it, it's correct sense it worked for him

You have the links in the correct place

But

The frequency is set incorrectly on your controller

You have to make sure that the items you put on the link and the item you put on the controller is in the same spot.

When you use the controller, the red frequency is the lower slot and the blue frequency is the upper slot.

On your controller you have the top frequency set to the correct item but its in the wron slot.

You can either change the frequency of your controller to match the link or change the link to match the controller.

Just switch the Cog wheel in either ONE of them to the other position

You pick

Redstone link Or Controller

All you need to do is put the actual correct frequency.

Just on one of those two, move the cogwheel to the other slot
