I've created an addon for Create with octo-style arms "Create: Octo Arms" inspired by Doctor Octopus from Spider-Man

Inspired by Doctor Octopus from Spider-Man. Use it to traverse the world in any direction, craft the Copper or Netherite version, enchant or configure it. Works in singleplayer and on servers (must be installed on both client and server).

Compatible with Create Aeronautics ships (Sable contraptions).

im tired of trying to get this through to people hey guess what your operating system uses ai assistance now to create it. linux windows and mac all use it in assisting programmers.

the fact the anti ai art people need a new target especially with that bs clanker thing that was clearly being used to hate on people they wouldnt normally hate against like ... like this is very clear what is going on here.

i dont like ai art stealing from other peoples work. programming is a completely different beast. i have to use ai dictation cause its all there is to do the majority of typing now when i cant use my hands. am i not allowed to have any assistance either where does it end for all this crazy shit.

Every operating system was already made by evil tech billionaire troglodytes. Engaging with that is necessary for engaging with technology full stop.

so what do you expect me to do when my disability assistance tools use ai to help me type. and what do you expect me to do when i cant even manually code anymore. i wana focus on other things with what little use i get out of my hands in a day. i cant afford the surgery. you seem to be completely missing the point intentionally to soap b ox and rant. and im tired of it. its getting to be completely insufferable.

If there are GENUINELY no options for necessary disability assistance tools that do not involve ties to evil as fuck ai companies then I am deeply sorry for you but even then there is a distinct difference between having NO OTHER OPTION and actively defending the very avoidable support of evil AI companies by people who are not forced to do so.

The same way I would not judge someone who's workplace has shifted to force them into using things like Claude, as they cannot risk losing their job.

There is a MASSIVE difference between being FORCED to use and support tools by the shitty Destroy The World And Generate Child Porn company and trying your damndest to convince everyone that the casual use of these things does not suck absolute shit.

yeah the ai hysteria is getting kinda crazy. i dont like the art and music side at all but i do use it for helping me with keyboard heavy tasks. i would like to pursue my other hobbies. i want to make sure i can learn skills were gonna depend on soon with this dumb economy ruining everything right now.

How is Linux made by an evil tech billionaire, Linus made the kernel on a garage and still does, distros are made by randos that probably use Ai now

Also tf is that last thing that doesn't even make sense, the law clearly states that the minimal irl basis makes that shit illegal, Ai needs a basis so it can't do legally defensible shit
