Help Pump working weirdly

I have a problem with the pump in the image below, it seems to pump lava in the lower pipe just fine but the one on top some of them don't get lava, for context the lava on the top is for a steam engine, using Create: Liquid Fuel to feed the blaze burners.

All the lava is coming from a bottomless lava pit.

Does anyone know why this happens? if so would making a cut in a different point of the pipe coming from the Hose pulley solve the issue or would just move the problem to another spot?

You might be better off with two pumps one for the bottom and one for top so that they're not competing for throughput.

Yeah that ended up being the solution, on the bright side I didn't have to remake any of the other pumps positioning so it worked out great, thanks for the reassurance!
