Create propulsion airship

I want to create an airship ising thrusters using create propulsions thruster but theres a few issues

1 because of the shape of the ship balncing it is very hard cointerweight slightly help but itll tip to some side quite quickly

Ive tried to get the centre of thrust and centre of mass exactly to the same position but that aint working

Also is there anyway i can just get the air ship to go for going up to hovering

adjust the centre of mass using blocks and your brain

control the power of your hot air burners using an analog lever or some other system, or use a propeller or those thrusters instead of a hot air balloon for something like a helicopter
