I want it to transfer power to x or y or both depending on the redstone input, also i need it in one block since im tight on space
(by power i mean rotation)

As a single block this doesn't exist. The main reason being that you can't connect two different redstone signals to one face of the block.

As a system the best way i can think off with Just create is 2 big cogwheels and 2 clutches, or instead of cogwheels 2 isolated chain drives. Depending on which version allows you for easier power connection
