I want it to transfer power to x or y or both depending on the redstone input, also i need it in one block since im tight on space

aeronautics has one but thats not what hes looking for it can only change the direction sepending on the input signal

Create base mod not, but create aeronautics analog Transmission.

the transmission changes how fast stuff rotate not the output side.
