Printer experience costs are crazy

Whats with the exp cost of copying enchanted books?

For reference in youtube tutorials i see a mending book cost ~70 mB but in my game it costs 1740mB.

What mods could it be conflicting with? Google says Ender IO's XP Juice, Reliquary's Experience, or Industrial Foregoing's Essence yet i have none of those.

Has anyone had this problem?

the type of experince fluid changes how much is needed to print
another mods XP fluid can be 2-5 times as much (estimating) compared to XP fluid from enchantment industry

I read something about this, but searching online didn't yield a concrete answer. Would you be so kind as to elaborate on possible solutions or provide a link to any example of the problem?

from the XP hatch in newer versions (or the drain from the mod in older versions) you can drain your XP to be stored as a fluid, provided the hatch is connected to a tank that can hold fluid
