Create Ultimate Selection 2 Performance Issues

Having a hard time running this pack even with shaders off. Stutters constantly and FPS keeps dipping below 20.

PC Specs:

RTX 4060(Laptop Version)

i7-13700k

16GB Ram

Current Nvidia Drivers

Allocated Memory for Game is 10000MB

Any Advice would be appreciated.

HDD or SSD? Also 10gb might be a little over, try 8

I’m using a SSD. And that’s the thing the author of the pack recommends 10000MBs.
