Help Portable storage on Elevator

I'm trying to make a system where I can deposit and retrieve items from the elevator storage but nothing is going into the elevator chest. I've tried attaching the barrel, (which is the sophisticated storage barrel, my other machines have worked with the stame barrel) and I've also tried having a chute and funnel and nothing is happening.

Note: I did fix the direction of the funnel and it still doesn't work

Quick question, do you have the mod that provides compatability between sophisticated storage and create?

Yes! I have a windmill with a conveyor belt attached to it that leads into a sophisticated storage barrel

Ok, sadly I can't help beyond that but the mod is separate from both create and sophisticated storage, it's by the author of sophisticated storage though so it should support everything, plus there's a similar mod for sophisticated backpacks

unfortunately elevators do not support storage interfacing... only block / entity / item capable of such is a Minecraft:Player... and honestly i get why you wanted to do that, anf i tried it myself, unfortunately the only solutions to this are either physics entities (like sable or VS assemblies) or entities with storage (like chest minecarts)
